Opening a Restaurant in Miami?

I am looking into opening a restaurant in Miami FL, i am looking into a 2000 to 3000 SQ FT lot, This restaurant will serve food and alcohol and it will contain the lottery in it. i do not plan on spending $500,000 or $1,000,000 i am thinking more of $200,000 to $350,000 can you give me a quick run through of the costs? thanks
