Looking for video with speaker talking about 'drawing a line', Nazis, Jews, Hitler, Germany.?

Hey, couple of weeks ago I seen this video where guy was speaking about 'drawing a line'.
He talked about Hitler and Jews in Germany, that they didn't protest when NSDAP blamed them for all evil, they didn't protest when every window in their shops where broken. That they waited to 'stand up' till nazis wanted to put them on trains to concentration camps (or till they were suppose to be thrown into gas chambers, not sure)
He sumed it up by asking "where is your line?" "How much will you take before you say 'Enough'?"
If anyone recognizes this video or this speaker please let me know ;]

In mental health diagnoses

Word salad may describe a symptom of mental conditions in which a person attempts to communicate an idea, but random words come out instead. Often, the person is unaware that he or she did not make sense. It appears in people with dementia, schizophrenia,[1] drug toxicity as well as after anoxic brain injury.

It may be present as:

Wernicke's aphasia

Schizophasia, a mental condition characterized by incoherent babbling (compulsive or intentional, but nonsensical)

Logorrhea, a mental condition characterized by excessive talking (incoherent and compulsive)

Clanging, a speech pattern that follows rhyming and other sound associations rather than meaning.
