What is a good restaurant for a teen birthday?

I'm turning 16 and I want to have a semi-formal dinner before we go out for the night. What is a good restaurant chain or single restuarant?. It won't be a large group maybe 8 or 10.

Dave and Busters might be good. That way the kids can play games and the adults can have a good time too. Never been there, just a thought.
Depends on your preference, price and area. But for a few choices: Roma Cafe, Andiamo, Marios or Picanos for Italian. Mon Jin Lau or Hong Hua for Chinese. Pepinos, Pauls Chop House, any casino or downtown hotel like the Westen Book Cadillac for American fare. Then there is the Whitney ( big big bucks! ) Mortons Steak House ( likewise ), The Lark (also big big big and big bucks!), or even The Grill at the Henry. Could suggest a whole bunch of other very good places, but they tend to be more casual and not so formal. An idea is to find somebody with an AAA membership, use their card at any local AAA office and get a copy of the 2011 AAA Michigan & Wisconsin Tour Book (both states in one book) free of charge. Be more specific and maybe I can better help you. OK to E-Mail me.
The Cheesecake Factory or BJ's. Both have that semi-formal atmosphere and a wide variety of choices for a group.
Olive garden its perfect they have greatt deals there and there foods delicious.
